Who can submit an request online for new service?  

Individuals wishing to start service on a residential property with existing water and or (sewer) wastewater service(s).    

What is needed to start service for property owners?  

• Complete Service Address
• Warranty Deed
• Copy or picture of Government issued Identification for each person on the Deed. 
• Last 4 digits (only) of social security for each person on the Deed. 
• Mailing Address if different from Service Address
• Telephone Number
• Date you would like to start service 

What is needed to start service for tenants?  

• Complete Service Address
• Copy or picture of Government issued Identification 
• Rental/Lease Agreement (tenant only)
• Last 4 digits (only) of social security
• Telephone Number
• Date you would like to start service 

A deposit is required to complete your application. A representative will contact you after your application has been received to give you instructions on how to pay the deposit.    

After the account is setup and deposit is received, you will receive the Service Agreement and any other documents requiring signature.  All documents must be returned with signature before services will begin.
